< GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is very important that you read all terms and conditions carefully and thoroughly before you make any reservations using this site. Digital Travel acts only as the booking agent and has no control over, nor holds any responsibility for the passes, carriers, other travel accommodations, any other products or services listed on this site. All bookings and other orders are accepted and all tickets, passes, vouchers and any other travel documents are issued on the express condition that Digital Travel is not responsible, nor liable for any of the following:

• Loss (consequential or otherwise) of personal property such as documents, clothes, baggage etc.
• Damage; including but not limited to loss of or damage to passenger’s clothes, baggage, documents or property whatsoever.
• Death
• Injury
• Delay, Inconvenience or irregularity caused by, arising from, or in connection with any defect in any vehicle or other land or sea conveyance used, rented or travelled in.
• Negligence, wilful misconduct, strikes or other acts, defaults or omissions of any carrier, car rental company, hotel, restaurant, or other provider of goods and services.

Every booking or other request accepted are subject to availability as well as the terms, conditions, requirements, tariffs and regulations imposed by the rail, shipping, bus, car rental, car insurance, airline, firms or other companies and persons concerned.

Some bookings and other products and services made available by Digital Travel are subject to additional terms and conditions disclosed to the buyer during the order process. Such terms and conditions may be disclosed by use of hypertext links to such terms and conditions. Please contact the service providers directly if you require specific information regarding these additional terms and conditions. For example, and without limitation, airline tickets are subject to eligibility and fare rules that may include minimum and maximum age restrictions. By continuing to use this site, you agree that you are bound by such additional terms and conditions.

< REFUND POLICY
Most bookings are non refundable. If your booking is refundable we will require written notification from you. Once we have received your written notification we will cancel your booking and submit to the supplier for refund. It can take around two to three months to process a refund. An administration fee of $55 from Digital Travel plus cancellation from supplier will apply. Refund will pay to you by Digital Travel company cheque or direct funding transfer into your nominate bank account.
